In 2026, entry-level laminate kitchen cabinets start from about $100 to $190 per foot run, with standard mid-range carpentry commonly quoted between $130 and $250 per foot run. Premium finishes such as veneer or spray-paint can push rates to $250–$450 per foot run. Top and bottom kitchen cabinets are quoted separately. How long does built-in carpentry take for a BTO or HDB flat?
Carpentry is usually the longest lead-time item in a renovation. Because DESACE designs, builds and installs everything under one roof at our Tampines factory, we can compress timelines that would otherwise stretch when work is outsourced across multiple subcontractors. Exact timelines are confirmed during your consultation and design stage.
What materials do you use for kitchen cabinets and wardrobes?
We build on plywood carcasses finished in laminate, veneer or acrylic, with established-brand hardware. We help clients choose finishes and edge-sealing that resist Singapore’s humidity, rather than defaulting to the cheapest board available.
What’s the difference between DESACE and a typical interior design firm?
Most interior design firms outsource carpentry to third-party workshops and add a management mark-up. DESACE manufactures every cabinet in our own factory in Tampines and quotes factory-direct — the same in-house model we’ve used on commercial projects for hotels, restaurants and Changi Airport for over 16 years.
