Most furniture suppliers import stock. We manufacture. Our Tampines factory is where every DESACE piece is designed, built, upholstered, and quality-checked before it leaves our hands.

Design & specification
Every piece is drawn up with technical precision. Shop drawings, material samples, and prototypes before any production begins. Nothing left to assumption.
In-house manufacturing
Our craftspeople — carpenters, upholsterers — build every piece in our Tampines factory. No subcontracting. Full quality control at every stage.
Delivery & installation
We don’t hand off at the loading dock. Our team installs on-site, working overnight and weekends where required to hit your opening date.
After-care & reinstatement
When leases end or spaces change, we handle reinstatement too. One relationship covers the full lifecycle of your space.

DESACE was founded on a simple conviction: that Singapore’s most demanding commercial and hospitality spaces deserve furniture built with the same rigour and intention as the architecture around it.
Over more than 16 years, we have grown from a specialist upholstery workshop into a full turnkey interior partner — designing, manufacturing, and installing for hotels, restaurants, airports, government buildings, and private residences across the region.
Our client list — Parliament House, Changi Airport, Pan Pacific, Grand Hyatt, TWG Tea — reflects a consistent track record in Singapore’s most complex and prestigious projects. These are not clients who accept second best. Neither do we.
What has never changed is how we work. Every piece is made in our own factory in Tampines. Every project is managed by our own team. We do not subcontract, and we do not compromise on delivery.
